he standard 2-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and offers approximately 3,025 sq ft of private living space. For larger groups, an additional third bedroom may be available upon prior approval, subject to availability.
Yes. Our caretaker, Anil, lives on the property and prepares home-cooked meals on request — guests consistently call out the food as a highlight of their stay.
Absolutely. The cottage is drive-in with private parking, so you can bring your vehicle right up to the door.
As the villa is located on a restricted road, guests bringing their own vehicles must obtain an entry permit from the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) Office. The current permit fee is ₹700 per vehicle per day, subject to revision by the issuing authority.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — just ask.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the premises isn’t permitted. The lawn and verandah are perfect for some fresh mountain air.
